Anthony McCarthy
Experienced entrepreneur and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer and Global Head of Digital Product with over 20 years of experience launching and leading B2B and B2C cross-border ventures across FinTech, banking and consulting.
My work sits in what leading AI strategy teams describe as the Decision Intelligence layer (Layer 5) of the modern AI stack — the point where AI systems move beyond delivering information to helping people actually make decisions.
Most organisations are investing heavily in the lower layers of the AI ecosystem:

Yet the final and most critical layer — how humans interpret, trust and act on AI output — remains largely unaddressed.
Through my work developing Avatar DNA™, I focus on this missing human decision layer. By combining neuroscience, behavioural science and cognitive design, we enable AI avatars and advisory systems to adapt communication to different cognitive styles, personality traits and cultural expectations.

Dr. Peter Smee
Experienced technology leader, researcher and AI practitioner with over 30 years of experience spanning digital-first education, artificial intelligence, user experience design and applied learning systems.
My work focuses on the intersection of AI, human cognition and learning systems, contributing to the same emerging Decision Intelligence layer (Layer 5) — where AI moves beyond information delivery to actively supporting how people think, learn and make decisions.
While most organisations focus on building AI infrastructure, models and interfaces, the challenge of how users interpret, internalise and act on AI-generated insights remains underdeveloped.
Through my work across academia, consultancy and applied AI development, I focus on designing systems that enhance human understanding, creativity and learning. This includes the development of AI-enabled tools that support cognitive processing, behavioural adaptation and effective decision-making.
I bring a unique combination of:
